Review: Heavenly Accupressure Mat

This is a video review of the Heavenly Accupressure Mat, a product developed to help people give themselves many of the rewards of accupressure. Watch and find out how using this mat daily for three weeks has affected me, particularly regarding my insomnia.

PROs:

• Affordable
• Relaxing
• Easy to use
• Portable
• Doesn’t require electricity or batteries to use

CONs:

• Uncomfortable at first
• Not safe for small children
• Storage – I honestly don’t know where to keep it

Bottom Line: This is a nice “gadget” if you want to relax and relieve stress without the use of drugs, herbs or anything else that’s more intrusive.
